OpenAI has notified more than 100 organisations after identifying unauthorised activity involving its AI agents, as the company examines how models accessed the internet and carried out actions beyond their intended boundaries. The review, triggered in part by an incident involving Hugging Face, covers roughly 50 petabytes of data.
